You Missed Maktaba Afnan I lived in that building and you didn't cover SAMEERA POLYCLINIC which was our family clinic. Also in Maktaba Afnan beside there was a cafeteria where almost all school boys used to take sandwiches after school and in the evening. Previously in there was another Maktaba there beside Afnan named Modern Book Centre and beside that maktaba there was a paya shop and at the corner there was NAHDI Pharmacy which all changed in 2006-2010.

Salman bhai, please don’t mind what I’m about to say, but feedback dena hamara farz hai so I’m going to say this: Aapka kaam no doubt bohat acha hai lekin aap k kaam me hamesha se consistency ka MAJOR issue raha hai. And I’ve been following you for years. Ye baat aap bhi jaante ho KZbin algorithm crack karne me consistency ki bohat bari game hai. Phir bhi aap consistently upload nahi karte kisi bhi channel pe. Apni marzi se upload karte ho, jab aapka dil chahta hai, jab k har channel pe videos hamesha regular intervals se upload hoti rehni chahiye jab tak channels ka subscriber count significant na hojaye. Look at daily vloggers for example, ducky bhai, maaz safder, zulqarnain sikander etc Jin ki audience tezi se or consistency se grow kar rahi hai. One thing they have in common is consistency. Aap bhale hi rozana mat dalo per week me at least 2 days to set hone chahiye k dunya idher ki udher hojaye video upload zarur hogi un days pe. That’s how you’ll start growing quickly and consistently. Kar k chor dene wali game nahi hai k thora arsa consistent rahe or koi khaas growth nahi nazar aai to chor diya. Karte rehna hai us waqt jab tak results clearly nazar aane shuru na hojaen. Or tab tak aadat ban chuki hogi consistency ki. Irfan junejo tak ne apni audience consistent uploads se hi grow ki hai. You can look at his early videos for reference (if they’re still public). Agar consistent nahi howe to aap k kaam ki growth qismat k bharose hi rahegi, k Shayad kabhi aap k kisi channel pe koi video viral hojaye or ek dum se boom miljaye. Lekin agar mehnat k bharose kaam karoge to success guaranteed milegi. Consistency mehnat se hi aayegi. Daily vloggers are a great example of that. Har qism k content ki audience mojood hai or Intezaar kar rahi hai quality content mile, aap ko bas date chale jana hai. Hope this helps.

Salman bhai, I agree with this guy. I think you should start taking your KZbin as serious work. Aap agar kisi regular 9-5 office/company me kaam kar rahe hote to kya apni marzi se office jaate/kaam karte ya consistency se rozana jaate? Answer is agar rozana nahi jaate to wo log aap ko hata k kisi or hire karlete aap k kharab work ethic ki waja se. Same logic applies here. KZbin is an organization, and like any other organization it values work ethic. As KZbin creators, you guys work for KZbin and get paid accordingly. Jo jitna mehnat/consistency se kaam karega, KZbin uske content ko utna sarahega, support karenge or push karega. Jo mehnat/consistency se kaam nahi karega, KZbin bhi usko casually hi treat karega. Or KZbin kya, koi bhi company consistent performers mangti hai, un hi ko promote karti hai. Non serious work ethic k log koi bhi company nahi pasand karti. Hope this offers a logical perspective.

Salman bhai, now it's up to you, whether you ignore the feedback and keep things the way they are, or take the feedback and find ways to bring in consistency in your work to achieve noticeable growth. One thing I know is if you're going to remain status quo, you won't see any difference in results. Growth requires hard work and the definition of hard work begins with coming out of your comfort zone. Aap bhale 3 ki jaga 300 channels banalo, jab tak consistency nahi hogi sare channels sluggish rahenge. Lekin agar consistency hogi to 1 hi channel kafi hai rapid and consistent growth achieve karne k liye. My suggestion: apne ‘main’ channel pe hi Maan Dash or Podcast channel wali videos upload karen going forward. Taa k har hafte kuch na kuch upload hota rahe. Or separate channel banana hi hai to short form content k liye channel alag banaen. Long form content k channel pe short form videos don't make much of a difference, results wise. Kyun k dono formats ki audience usually different hoti hai.
