Phenomenal run dude. I'm not an expert at speedrunning this game by any means but I've dabbled lightly in some of the speedrun tech just for fun and I can definitely tell that what you're doing is insanely impressive! No idea how you can be so consistent with all these glitches and time saves Question: how are you able to do that thermal detonator launch trick without dying of fall/collision damage? I can do the part where it sends you flying but then I just die from hitting a wall or taking a billion fall damage every time :/

I have never seen any of these bugs haha (the bugs you're using to make yourself skip parts or like, go super fast, a normal part of speedrunning). I kinda wanna try the detonator force pull momentum thing myself! heres betting I will screw it up a thousand times and give up XD its really weird watching a game ive played since I was a kid misbehave like this though, I just never thought to watch a speedrun I guess

to just learn the route and glitches probably takes like 5-10 hours or so, but getting good at everything can take much longer

What is the trick in swinging the lightsaber while jumping?

Basically the devs tried to remove strafe jumping by making it so every time you land you instantly lose half your speed. but you can get around this by doing a spin animation, crouching while jumping (which requires a saber attack to prevent rolling), and jumping from higher to slightly lower ground
