They’re $200 I wouldn’t pay that much but this one is great and is the nicest (in my opinion) and the cheapest along with Anakin/Luke’s Obi-Wan and Darth Vader’s lightsaber at $109.99

I'd love to see a review on the Kylo Ren legacy lightsaber if you ever pick up that one! I think with the side blades and the different sounds his makes and the flickering effect that would be a really interesting one to check out to see how they do all those things. The rest of them I think are all probably going to be very similar and not as unique and worth doing a video on.

Instead of worrying about carry ons for lightsabers, just UPS/Fedex them home. When I buy mine, I plan on shipping my blades home. I'll keep the hilts on my carry on. Same with my droid.

Can the connector piece from Darth Maul's Legacy saber be used to connect other round end sabers together? So would it be possible to connect 2 Savi sabers together, or a Savi and a Legacy Luke?

If it was possible I bet they would sell the connectors on it's own instead of including it only with Maul's hilts. That mean we would need someone to machine custom connectors. Find the size and thread needed for each blades.

seeing how the jedi guards used lightsaber pike I don't see why the Darth Maul dapter wouldn't work. I mean a pike and a double blade lightsaber basicly uses the same principle to get longer.

I doubt they will do Yoda's hilt. It's so much smaller compared to others that it would be very hard to use the same blades and fit batteries inside.

Do either the legacy or savi sabers have haptic sounds when holding the blade against either another blade or object similar to the $40 plastic sabers? The savi saber we have doesn’t appear to and is pretty disappointing since that is something we really enjoy about the plastic ones.

Savi’s all dayyyyyyy! Legacy collection you still need to buy a $45-50 blade and if you want a bag for your blade that’s another $50. So for $200 you get a blade and bag, and a cool pin (worth at least $12) and a great show.

could you take the spare maul adaptor and connect the two? maybe that was their plan all along SO YOU BUY MORE SABERS ;p edit i put adopter instead of adaptor ;p whoops, but using the second maul ADAPTOR that you would get to put two temple guards sabers together makes scene as if they did the same with the guard saber then if you got a pair of mauls and a pair of temple guards then you would have 2 extra adaptors left over, IMAGINE if you could use them to patch together any lightsabers the fusion limits are ENDLESS ;p but in all seriousness imagine using one to link a obi-wan and Luke saber together, or a pair of obi-wans ;p

No, blades are white, they change color based on the coding inside the legacy lightsaber. Or if you buy Savi’s custom lightsaber, the color is designated by which crystal you use inside it. Legacy lightsabers don’t work with the same kyber crystals. But both use the same blades.

The only way to buy one online is from people who bough them from the park and are selling them on Ebay at twice the price. The prices might drop over time but right now everything is at least twice the price. 30$-40$ for the crystal that sell for 13$ at the park. Freaking 30$ for those round Coke bottles that sell for like 5-6$ at the park.

Honestly I’m kinda done with the legacy sabers lol like they look cool but there’s already so many other replica sabers out there and I’ve always been more into having something custom that’s why I went with Kyberlight so I can customize the hilt however I want and do any color I want. Plus I think Disney kinda dropped the ball on the legacy sabers by not including the kyber crystal functionality imo. So I’m more interested in doing the Savi Saber it’s unfortunate that the blade is loose but it would just be more for show or cosplay anyway. That being said, get on to the droids! lol that’s what I’m most excited for lol

Led blades means no combat with those... even light sparing could bust them.

@@ThundrKnight I have never seen a led blade that can withstand full speed saber combat. The concussion force of repeated strikes will break the led connector s in the blade. I'm sure the blades themselves will be fine for combat but you risk a high chance of breaking the lighting effects. Its why pretty much all heavy combat saber blades do not use blade LEDs
