I did this training when I turned 6 in 2001. Glad to see they're still doing it AND have changed it up a bit. Back in my day, we just fought Darth Vader. Also, our fight included more moves. Left shoulder, right shoulder, left leg, duck, left leg, right leg, then cut to the head.
