Jednostavna pita pripremljena sa lisnatim tijestom i tunjevinom je moja topla preporuka već za sutrašnji ručak. Imat ćete dovoljno vremena odlediti tijesto i baciti na pripremu.
Moram naglasiti da je sama priprema kao i izbor sastojaka izuzetno jednostana i lagana.
Ukus je fenomenalan. Ukoliko volite ljuto obavezno dodajte malo chily-ja. Ja sam se poslužila ljutim kečapom, čisto da se blago osjeti ljutina.
Pitu sam pekla 20 minuta na 180 stepeni.
Sastojci:
- 1 pakovanje lisnatog tijesta
- 1 konzerva tunjevine cca190 gr
- 1 glavica luka
- 1 kašika ljutog kečapa
- 150 gr sira gauda
- origano
- 2 kuhana jaja
- 1 žumance za premazivanje i susam
- malo maslinovog ulja

A simple pie prepared with puff pastry and tuna is my warm recommendation already for tomorrow's lunch. You will have enough time to defrost the dough and throw it into preparation.
I must emphasize that the preparation itself, as well as the choice of ingredients, is extremely simple and easy.
The taste is phenomenal. If you like it spicy, be sure to add some chili. I used spicy ketchup, just to feel the spiciness.
I baked the pie for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 can of tuna approx. 190 gr
- 1 onion
- 1 spoon of hot ketchup
- 150 g of Gouda cheese
- oregano
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 egg yolk for coating and sesame
- a little olive oil
