I reviewed Star Wars Episode 2: Attack of the Clones, and I gotta be honest, it was one of the most mixed bag movies I've watched in a while. Somethings were done well, and some things weren't.

George Lucas specifically told Hayden to speak like James Earl Jones. Slow, pausing, hard to show emotion. He discusses it in interviews. I use to think he was terrible too. He is great in Ep.3!!! Also, can I be dubbed “one of the boys” 😆

It was honestly refreshing to see Jango Fett fight Obi-Wan the way he does after playing Jedi Survivor, which is a great game but has some lame boss fights against bounty hunters which just love to have blaster bolts redirected back at them. They should be much smarter and resourceful than that.

In the official Russian dubbing, Anakin is voiced by an excellent voice actor, thus their relationship does not look as super bland as in the original. However, it's still a love thread, one of the worst in this universe.

Honestly I think the sequels are worse than attack of the clones. The count cooks fight with yoda the arena scene also liked the chase scene after the bounty hunter better then the horrible sequels. Also I think phantom menace is a great Star Wars movie.

In my opinion those changes would improve this movie 1: Cut in half Padmé and Anakin subplot or make it more organic 2: Why not show some scenes of Anakin and Obi Wan training or in the order as a general because it's my take that we should have seen more of this brash and reckless Anakin because it gets weird the transition from brash and reckless to more mature and sound of the clone wars to depressed and desperate 3: Make Dooku much more important in the movie by foreshadowing him as a Separatist or secretly a ex jedi

Very good video. My only complaint would be about the battle of geonosis not making sense. It's supposed to be messy as Mace Windu still believed Count Dooku was an Ally and might see some sense with the presence of hundreds of Jedi. That's why it was a massive massacre and it proved that the Jedi needed the clone army for the separatist threat. So I wouldn't say it was bad writing, it was all necessary to show how to Clone Wars began.
