Don't worry bro boards is a lot easier than you think just 1 tip: GRIND during the gap days, Don't procrastinate like I did

yo bro if you do the NCERT level (lets say maths) then its tooo easy if you do from arvind kalia sir (i ve done 5 chapters) then they are like 3-4 hours oneshots which you can finish with ques (total maybe 6 hours / chapter) in like 1-2 days trust me you will feel proud i have filled my half of the new nb only for maths 11th and I am also in allen advance batch so today was my hindi preboard and yesterday was my allen class but i came home at 4 pm played valorant till 6 pm studied from 10 pm watched new episode of India's got latent at 1:30 am and then slept and i can get 70+ in hindi (hard) but if you do this in other subjects they are more easy so preboards are easy tho

If you're sure you'll be able to complete the syllabus then yeah you can enroll but if not then I wouldn't suggest studying for jee

Upsc is a much smaller thing than what you can do from iit. In IITBCSE only 3-4 people apply for upsc and usually the lower rankers (except a few passionate people₹
