hello I'm a 2025 aspirant i am extremely depressed and out of focus, i haven't been studying well since June-July and I'm easily distracted as i don't push hard to score well in mocks(unit tests) i always swing around 70-90 marks only and have not performed well in school mid terms too. I have suffered a lot due to my own mistakes and always failing my parents expectations(i first disappointed them in boards) I'm so vulnerable now.
