we all have prepared so well, what is killing us and our prep now is anxiety. sir, its being hard. working day and night, we toiled for two years and ab doosro ke marks dekh kar khudko lagta hai ham hi shyd nalayak/ bewkoof hain. itna krne ke baad bhi nhi horha. repetitive cycle of stress/ low mock score/ anxiety of result/ regret of past/ panic in exam, which makes us lose our deserving marks in exam. i knew many answers in exam but my hands were trembling while writing due to excessive panic. have started getting panic attacks now. i hope i can start following what you said and revise fully and stay fully confident. thank you sir.. will give it my best shot. abhi toh battle shuru hui hai✨💫
