In question it is not mentioned about circle in real/imaginary plane, so no need to take under root +ve condition , as circle may lie in complex plane. so 16 is correct ans.

on jee portal 'forgot application number' is showing - your are not a valid email verified user, even though : - my payment was successful in 1st time registration only - got confirmation page from NTA on same email - to cross check : during correction window, i re-uploaded new sign and received a new confirmation page (with new sign) on above same email - my normal login portal is working fine since day one !! as u said mam, i tried on 3 different browsers - problem not solved.... what to do?
