good evening sir please explain: If a person starts rotating whilist standing and observes a stationary box (at rest w.r.t ground) he sees it moving in a circle but the centrifugal(pseudo) force acts away from the axis so how does it move in a circle also there's no centripetal force to move it in a circle.

Let's assume he rotates with same omega, then he will see the object at rest, while centrifugal ( pseudo force radially outward ) and a real force in radially inward direction and these two will balance. From ground frame the real force provides the centripetal acceleration. There are many variations of this covered in class, you can check previous lectures of UC or AK or INSP, if you have access to them.

@@INSP_NITIN sir you didn't understand my question i guess the box is already at rest. So when i turn my head i see it rotating but the psuedo force should act radially outwards so what force does make the box move in a circle in my reference frame. It can be explained if the direction of psuedo force is radially inwards but that's not true. All other scenarios are well explained by the psuedo force but this one is quiet confusing for me.

@@Ma_nish43 when box is at rest in ground frame, and rotating observer finds it moving in circle, then you see a relative velocity of box in rotating frame and it brings corriolis force ( pseudo force ) ( -2m ( Wframe x Vr ) in picture which is radially inward, now Fcoriollis - Fcentrifugal = m. V^2/ R is matching. Hope this will resolve your doubt.
