Maine cast certificate ke liye apply krke avedan number daal diya hai aur certificate bnne k date 22 november daal ke form fill kr diya hu lekin cast certificate ka approval 2 January ko hoga , jbki aprooval date 22 november fill kr diya hu . Sir , I applied for Obc state certificate like few days ago , I live in Gujarat and here we dont have a portal to apply for state level obc certificate online so i did it offline at social welfare office but The issuing person ( social welfare officer ) is on leave and will come at 26/27 || also i didnt got any application number or anything like that as they said i would only get that after the social office signs on it so i just kept it blank for now what should i put in it during correction window ?
