In question no 27 at 3:03:07 li2+ should be more stable then li2- because in li2+ last electron is in bonding molecular orbital whereas in li2- last electron is in anti-bonding molecular orbital. Last electron in bonding molecular orbital is more stable than last electron in anti bonding molecular orbital if bond order is same right??
