This breaks my heart to be honest. All i want is to study the things that i like and get quality education but I'm supposed to be qualified even to study about the things i want to gain knowledge about. I need to be qualified to get quality education. I can't believe this is how life is supposed to be. Run after colleges for the branches you don't even like just cause of the fear of the future. I can't imagine how hellish life is for people who actually do this. I'd rather die. Why are these colleges even open if they're not good, why are there so less colleges that can actually provide quality education. Why everything works this way, why things have to be so hard. I honestly feel suffocated.

Students always check nirf ranking and visit the colleges personally and try to talk to students of tgat college. Check the local shops for the college behaviour. First priority govt college next deemed universities next graded colleges affliated to state govt universities. Think what kind of jibs will be in demand after your course completion. Especially in computer science... 5years pg integrated course is booming. Do research on such courses. Always check who are the management of the institute and their vision and mission.

brother , drop lena is a good option but considering tha fact that next year competition will be more than this year.......it doesn't make any sense to take drop , i took a drop this year and scored 95%ile and around 80k rank....not getting any nit/iiit or anything.... I suggest you to join some good govt/private colleges
