sir in 1:23:30 why are we considering the third root? We know that a cubic eqn can have a maximum of but not necessarily 3 roots. And since the question doesn't mention the third root why is it wrong to assume there isn't one? Is it because there has to be a real third root since alpha and beta are given to be real and complex roots always occour in pairs OR alpha and beta ARE the complex pair and gamma is the real root?
