I just did a complete a 4.0 head gasket video on my channel and i found that for the intake manifold bottom bolts that you can just turn them in a 1/2 turn and just set the manifold down on them so they are already in place because they are a hassle to install on the bottom Once again nice video

Cleaning the oem head gasket material off was one of the hardest parts

So I went through 2 harmonic balancers on my 2005. The 1st one wouldn’t go in flush and was deforming the metal on the balanced and mushrooming. The 2nd one was a little easier but still very tight and mushroomed just a little. I hope I didn’t harm anything in the process. Where did you purchase your balancer from?

Do those roller rockers separate from each other? One of mine came apart but the rest seem firmly held together.

Don’t you normally need a spacer for the valve cover on a 4.0 with the Harland roller rockers?
