When I read the title I immediately knew what the issue was going to be, I've fixed a few of these. Only Chrysler would be stupid enough to put an unsealed relay box in a wheel well. P.S., you can simply replace the corroded contacts in the fuse box, an uninsulated crimp on female spade terminal clips right into the relay box and works great. I think .187" is the terminal width that is used for the 3 smaller relay terminals, the same size that car audio speakers use.

Put a new crank sensor on 2016 Patriot. Fixed the no start. Now all the idiot lights are on. I followed every suggestion on KZbin including the Cobra Kai hoedown barn dance, nothing. Any ideas?

You bought a whole new relay box and spliced all the wires? That was the simplest for you? The one corroded plug was for a radiator fan, and the 2 wires that went there just needed connected for it to start. No, instead you snotted some hot glue on to a piece of shit as if it would protect it from going to shit...
