Thanks for the video. I used a different method to attach the straps to the top but basically followed all other suggestions and items you used. Its working great, I love how easy is to handle the straps.

Great video, and thank you for pointing out the chip in the back. I have some leftover clear 3m tape that I used as entry guards that I will place at the wear and tear areas.

has there been any damage to the hard top? i feel the contact point is too small and could do some harm.

Over time i got a small chip nothing more. The top is so light its not going to get damaged. The coating on the hooks wore off, so thats why a chip happened. I can say my top hangs for 50-60 days a season and is on and off 10-12x a season. so lots of usage.
