Huge help. I took an easier root for splicing my connector. That black and yellow wire is just taped up and if you simply follow it, you’ll see it runs within a couple of inches of that grounding point. I peeled the tape back and it was real easy to repair.

Worked like a charm. Little snap on splicers fantastic! After seeing the original video about splicing that fat bundle, this was a relief! Amazing that ground wires can be the cause of so many engine codes too! As an aside, any thoughts on a 0000B trouble code,,,could it simply require an oil change?

2012 jeep compass latitude 2.4l just started saying BREAK going to run new ground hopefully it will fix it.
