When the Jeep Gladiator truck came out I thought now this is one bad machine. Upon picking one up I quickly realized that this truck needs bigger tires. So I added 35 inch Nitto Ridge Grapplers on stock Rubicon suspension. Then I drove 13,000 miles all across the US over a 6 month period. During that trip I began to realize that this truck needed even larger tires and a lift.
After extensive research I decided to go with the Mopar 2 inch suspension lift. I paired my lift with 37 inch Nitto Trail Grapplers. With the added height I not only needed a larger tire but also wanted the more aggressive look. Now I could no be happier with my setup. It rides just as good as stock if not better.
If you are considering lifting your Jeep Gladiator I would highly recommend. Give careful consideration to what you will really be doing with your vehicle most of the time. For me I still need to use my Jeep for work, travel, pulling a trailer, and as my daily driver. Therefore the setup you see in this video for me is the sweet spot. I feel confident I could conquer almost any obstacle I come across.
