This 'How it is made' series is great. I am learning a lot. Thank you. After you are done it would be nice to see one or two on failures and how to overcome them. One that I have had issues with on my '21 diesel Wrangler is Death Wobble I had it for the first 4 5000 miles until after rebuilding the entire front end we got rid of the wobble.

When Kevin said "I'm gonna throw my dogs into there", reminds me my interview for my very first job, a company doing high end electronic connectors (some for F1! 💪) The guy said: "Imagine we're selling Ferraris, if the owner wants to scratch it, that's his matter, but when it leave our shelfs, it must be perfect" 😁 Also, I believe it's the time of the year we wish people good thing for the new number of year we count. Happy trails! 😛

How do you get around the factory seatbelt locking on inclines? In my JL, if we get out to help someone, spot, or just wait our turn, and we are on an incline, the factory belts lock and will not allow you to put them on. I could see at least the need to keep an aftermarket lap belt in.
@JEEP-N-DIRT Жыл бұрын
Nice job and nice product, but only question is on the cooling. Is it ventilated or cooled? Meaning do they use the thermoelectric setup which works like a mini heat pump or is it just pulling air from the cooler area in the cabin like under the seats when the AC is on in the vehicle? It's not clear on their website. I'm really interested in this for my dad's TJ that I just recently built up for him. Have had ALOT of views on this little video on my channel and one of the questions I get from folks is if I plan on customizing the interior with OEM look but new technology like the heated and now available cool seat options. Thanks

I'm wondering if the PRP bracket for a JL positions their seats differently or has different dimensions than that of a JK because I'm a little guy, 5'5" and have PRP bracket & Enduro Elites and reaching the pedals isn't a problem...now seeing over the cross bar for my cage which spans across the dash is what pains me. I actually have to sit on a booster cushion Lol. If Katskinz makes this for JKs I might be interested. Jeep looks dope but not gonna lie, I might be a little mad if I was Marvin Lol

Just had my Katzkin seats done with the Degreez heated and cooled system. Not impressed with the heat. Takes 10 to 15 minutes to notice a slight change with max heating set on both front seats. The cooled system seems to work very well and quickly notice it is working. Really disappointed if this how the heated degreez system works and the cost of Degreez. I’m contacting Katzkin with my concerns. Hopefully everyone has a better experience with Degreez. The katzkin leather are amazing though.
