I didn't come across Dan Lok until a few months ago (not sure how!). Would sometimes see people refer to him as "Sifu" in the comments section. I thought it was being used as a term of endearment out of respect for him as a mentor. Little did I know he actually practices Chinese martial arts! I agree with the others sifu Dan. You have a lot of experience and knowledge, OTHER than your businesses acumen, that can help others just as much (if not more) during these crazy times. My head is always so much clearer, and my emotional state is in a much better place following a good training session. Love the Wing Chung I use the target master with the attachments like the arms of dummy. Please more drills to practise. I’m making my own dummy out of big pipe wood and table legs customized from Home Depot
