I'm disabled, I have cerebral palsy, and have had issue finding a sifu to teach me martial arts. So, recently I decided to study by myself. For my body mechanics and stature, I decided on Wing Chun. These were the first and best videos I've found. Thank you for the help and inspiration

A Wing Chun brother suggested I watch this, he said he got more from this than he got after his first three sessions on the Muk Jong in class. I have to say he was right, thank you so much.

I did a search on Wing Chun because I am becoming interested in it. I scrolled through and watched dozens of videos, found yours and you are the first to actually be calm and civil and explain rationally why form matters and how to do it right vs wrong.

I didn't come across Dan Lok until a few months ago (not sure how!). Would sometimes see people refer to him as "Sifu" in the comments section. I thought it was being used as a term of endearment out of respect for him as a mentor. Little did I know he actually practices Chinese martial arts! Great video - hope to see more like this in the future! 🔥

The wooden dummy, and chi sao drills are two of the main reasons why I find wing chun to be so interesting. Although I've never actually practiced the art. And it was Bruce Lee's influence which led to my interest in the martial arts overall.

I agree with the others sifu Dan. You have a lot of experience and knowledge, OTHER than your businesses acumen, that can help others just as much (if not more) during these crazy times. My head is always so much clearer, and my emotional state is in a much better place following a good training session. In my humble opinion, you should post these types of videos on a regular basis too.
