For those who don't want to spend money on new Bendix if the gears are ok ..You can literally buy a Bendix repair kit costs around 50rs.(I have an acess 125 and bendex's spring was in compressed condition .I replaced it + Greased the inner gear..it works but still sometimes the selfmotor spins without clicking the Gear mesh)...it Has 3bushs ,a spring and a lock pin... Which solves the provbelm

Bro u just solved my problem by uploading the video almost I gave up I was planning to sell my activa because all the mechanic where I showed my vehicle failed to solve the issue I have nearly spend three to four thousands for self start almost everything had been changed including relay cdi self motor but finally after seeing ur video my problem got solved thank you bro keep uploading such videos

Very informative video.All the best for your upcoming videos. My Wego has a problem of starting in the begining of the day. Another complaint is it misfires when run on 60 to 70 kmph speed.Then I run it at speed of 30 to 40 for few seconds then again it runs on high speed and problem is repeated.Do you suggest any solution?

Recently I cleaned the bendix drive on my 2007 Hero pleasure. It was making noise when starter button is pressed. I opened it and clean with petrol. I got to know from a mechanic, chain lube works best for lubricating bendix. I lubricated the bendix with chain lube and assembled it. It's working perfectly now.

Jeet, I have a 2017 bs4 rc bought in March 2018 It was no problems until yesterday my ktm service center mechanic tild me that engine head gasket is leaking. I asked him the reason, he told me previously ktm used to pour 1.5 l engine oil but reduced to 1.1 l recently. What should I do... He also told me that my clutch plates are almost burned , now at 17 k km.. I can't understand it, please advice.. Are these guys making me fool...
