Yet another set of questions - 1. Is it possible to get a completely assembled engine from Honda to replace an old engine? 2. When you get all the new (original) parts to assemble the engine from the dealer, do they fit perfectly (tolerances, do you have to do any reboring etc to make sure that the parts fit together with adequate compression sealing etc) 3. Can you upgrade your engine while rebuilding, for example, instead of 1G engine can you fit 5G (or other) parts to create 5G engine - any compatibility issues with the other mating parts like transmission? 4. What is the reliability of the rebuilt engine using all genuine Honda parts? Thanks in advance for your answers.

First of all I want to share a few things about me that I'm very interested in doing things related with Automobile and I'm having one scooty Pep plus and we have not used that scooty since very longtime. Recently I thought of restoring our old scooty so I started dismantling engine I had dismantle Head and Cylinder kit only crank are have to finish. But many parts of the engine is not in a good condition how far identify. if possible please can you provide some idea about any of the scooty engine how to do inspection on scooty engine it will be helpful for me. and also the screws and nuts which is damange how can I get it from shop.

Hello Sir, it's a SOS message, I have a Bajaj XCD 125 cc in the cabuarter there's a chock assy which has 3 wires which is fitted to the main wiring kit . The 3 wires come out from the cabuarter. The byk is not starting. BECAUSE OF THESE 3 WIRES ? KINDLY REPLY TO THIS . Regards.GK.
