Well said bro. but in bike manual book valve clearance inlet 0.08mm, exhaust 0.24mm. After you adjust it, once you start it, you will hear how the sound will come.

Hi Jeet. 1.LH cover part one vertical and horizontal T was visible which one is reference? 2.if ticking noise not observed then why to adjust clearance every 12k km?? 3.Top side cover is to be fit as it is or anabond to be added once procedure completed???

1.The line next to the T mark should be aligned. 2. If ticking noise is not observed then the valve clearances should be fine but still there's no harm in inspecting them. 3. It depends on the quality and condition of the O-ring... Replacement is suggested if the ring is bad but anabond can also be used along the ring as a temporary solution... I don't like it though.

Exhaust valve will be towards the silencer and intake valve will be towards carburettor or throttle body.... And that tool is valve screw adjuster
