i dont think the 3rd ep will have subtitles since it's just a special ep (and most of it were not skits/connected to the first 2). However, part 4 has eng subs now!

Well Jeevan here in the Philippines when two people became a couple the two couple will have a call sign or term of endearment like Babe, Baby, Love etc and Cupcake is one of the couple's term of endearment so maybe Precious taught that Brent flirting with her bestfriend and he calls her bestfriend cupcake.
