Jeevan, believe me when I say that we have the exact reaction when PH wasn't included. it was a bit of a disappointment. But I believed in Michelle Dee when she said she is representing the PH, she really is representing the PH. I can see how proud she was on stage. I can see her wearing our nation's pride. From Apo Whang Od to her advocacies, national costume where she herself personally crafted it. Every detail of her wardrobe shouts PHILIPPINES. And for me, her being our delegate this year would be more than enough. Thank you also for believing in her, we Filipinos love you.

We basically had the same sentiments about why the Philippines didn't gained a spot on the top 5, Jeevan. Like fr? With all those special awards that MMD received such as for the Carnival Spirit, Voice for Change and the fact that she won the fan votes! It seems like today's Miss Universe wasn't really looking for a TRANSFORMATION like they said they would🤷. Nonetheless, we're still beyond proud of how MMD gracefully and confidently showed the universe how amazing the Philippines are when it comes to pageantry.🇵🇭🖤✨

There was an instagram post by MUO that Philippines got into top 5. Then 5 minutes later, the post was deleted and was replaced by Thailand. This seems to be true since a lot has been questioning already what happened in their instagram page and how come they had a mistake posting the top 5.

And you may even look how the cameramen where waiting who will be called next in the frames they are filming (people told cameramen and staffs should be informed already of wjere to focus), and what was I saying is, the cameraman panicked because it was already focusing in the right side of girls where Philippines was. So it's kinda connected with the posts and stories.

The problem with the new org is they so badly wanted their girl to win they thought eliminating the competitive Asians/Africans would give them a better chance at the crown. I'm Vietnamese but I'm telling you the truth, don't be sad. For you, that eg is very beautiful, but international fans like me feel disappointed because why does she have such an ugly and underwhelming eg? 1 the dark sky obscured her. I picked her from the beginning as top 5 but since she came out I have been extremely disappointed.

It was clear that the results were manipulated... Ph and Thailand got equal scores in the Evening Gown and they chose Thailand over Philippines... 2 judges gave Ph a very low score of 6 in that round, while giving 10 for Thailand... The other judges only gave 7 as the lowest for other candidates.

I understand and respect the result when I watched MU, but when the picture went viral that the MiU posted the pic of top 5 including the Philippines then delete it 10 minutes later, changing Philippines to Thailand sounded really suspicious added the fact that the Miss Universe organization is owned by Thai. ​@@RandomSheesshhhoney, it was a mistake, they can do it, being an important event does not mean things like this won't happen, just remember the fiasco of Pia's crowning, the biggest mistake ever in MU history, they fixed it immediately, just like this one. It also happened at the Oscar's with the movie la la land almost 2 years after Pia's MU. I really wish Michelle got to top 5, I always enjoy Philippine queens, they are great and I really hope Philippines were supportive with Miss Nicaragua the new Miss Universe, she is a kind soul, hardworking woman whom came from the low and knows the meaning of getting your way with merits, with passion and discipline, something I know Philippine queens have and I have finally seen in one of my queens. She was too much like RBonney from last year, with the pulled back hair and black gown. Her styling was too severe and high fashion, while Nicaragua was soft and approachable.

Nicaraguas destiny was questionable. It wasn’t a fair competition. Yes there is no denying that Ms. Nicaragua stands out in the swim suit part of the competition but it doesn’t mean that she may win it all. Ms. Philippines’ performance on that stage exudes confidence as well. Her body lines during her walk was flawless, and the facial expressions was spot on. The math does not sumps up right, so I asked myself: Ms. Philippines won all the awards in the competition prior to the crowning moment and still not considered a top 5 candidate? hmm, why is that? (hmmm. something is not right) I therefore perceived that there is cheating going on with Miss Universe Pageant. Wag na tayo sumali kung hindi fair ang laban. Sayang nung effort ni Michelle sa pagtitrain and to her team for 1 year. Di ba? Proud to be pinoy! Mabuhay ang Pilipinas! ❤
