Thank you so much. After ur horrible experience, I decided not to buy this extended warranty offered by Flipkart. Its better to take additional warranty by electronic brand itself like HP additonal warranty for laptop, LG care for washing machine, TV etc

Same thing happened with me for microwave.. but I chased them non stop for 3 months with over 50 emails. Finally got refund from Flipkart+ jeevas + policy refund 😁.. lesson .. keep on chasing both Flipkart and jeevas

Bahi mera tv karab ho geya me jeenve me call kiya unone mere gar me next day ko ek bande beja or us bande ne bola mera tv ka back light karab hogeya. Or bola tv a ke le jayega and 10 din bad de kar jayega. Or ek bat me jeenve ka subscription nei liya hai me jab tv kari da ta tab flipkart ne muje 3 sal ka jeenve ka subscription free me diya. Mera refund 3 month se pending hai, har bar bol rahe ki apka case higher authority ko escalated kar diya hai, flipkart ne aisi company ki policy suggest hi nahi karna chahiye.

Mene feidge liya tha 47000 ka usme kuch problem aayi uaka parts nahi mila one assist ne mujhe mail bheja mail me link diya 3 minutes me 40032 rs return. .. Feidge bhi mere hi paas he.... Bhai ab tak one assist mujhe 6 item ka pyment refund kar chuki he😂😂
