Jeff Banks - How to Travel in a Suit

Where are these suits and shirts available? Having short arms for my size the sleeves of suits are alway too tong. Can the suits be taken up at the shoulders? Or is it better to take up at the cuff which would mean taking off the bottom button and re situating it (with some buttonhole stitching) above the top one?
