Tara Bleau statistically incorrect. Kids in WA must be driving too fast, I mean come on that’s not even close to being true. When you’re drunk you are physically impaired. Being high you can totally compensate for by slowing down and giving your self more time to react, or you can choose to be more attentive behind the wheel. When you’re drunk there is no choice. Sure in no world does high driving make it “safer” but definitely better than drunk driving. But tell all the kids to SLOW DOWN!

He didn't inhale it correctly. You can hit weed without it being absorbed by your lungs. Not only that but many first time smokers simply can't get high. I smoked cigarettes and knew how to inhale but I didn't get high until the 3rd time.
