Agreed😂 he is being to nice to say he aint got the right players to execute his gameplans😂 gutey needs to bring in REAL DEFENSIVE ELITE PLAYMAKERS TO THIS DEFENSE💯 other than X & jaire ... nobody on this defense jumps out and make opposing offenses intimidated😢 crosby ? Garret ? Front7 needs to be addressed along with CB come draft time yo 💯 sometimes you have to go all in and take chances by bringing in proven vets who can cause havoc all game long mayyunn

The only stat that counts is the final score. Hafley gets it, we received widespread praise for our run defence but gave up 30+ points. Love listening to him, seems like the sort of guy you'd want to play for.

The Lions had 80 plays on offense, the Packers only 50... this is a HUGE problem when the defense doesn't get the other team off the field, so there isn't such a huge imbalance. It is hugely disappointing this says the DC isn't concerned about the yards given up. The offense can't score being left on the bench most of the game.
@UnbearablePandamonium23 сағат бұрын
Okay but the offense didn’t move at all in the first half, which puts the defense right back out there. It’s not one side or the other, it’s about complementary football. Not to mention… Detroit is doing the same thing to pretty much everyone. They have an elite offense, probably the best in the league.
@raybrown277116 сағат бұрын
Yes, was frustrating but Detroit converted several 4th downs to keep drives alive and the fumble on offense after first down yardage was gained doesn’t help either.

Our defense just gives up too much easy stuff. When you play great teams, it doesn’t work. Every great team we have played, they chewed us up. We gave up 30+ to every great team we have played. Playoff teams will just check it down and throw the short to intermediate routes all day and punch it in over and over. Dude is too concerned with getting beat over the top.

He's only saying that because the Packers have big holes on defense...The more they let teams eat up the clock the less possessions the offense gets

1st time i didn't like one of his presser..so what we are getting beat over the middle..we're stopping the run...you can take deep shots...what can middle field throws do? idk ask Detroit and Miami

The Packers almost always draft at the end of the first round, after all the blue chip players already are taken. What is better, picking someone obviously worse than those already picked or taking a flyer on a guy with huge athletic scores with the idea of coaching the player up to his capabilities? There is more risk with the latter, but the team performance improvement should be greater if the coaching gets it done. Continuing to load the team with second tier prospects means the team will get worse and worse. The problem isn't who is getting picked, but that the players aren't improving like they were projected to be.

I agree. Because we give up too many yards Dude says he doesn’t care about giving up a bunch of yards, only about points. It’s kinda odd. The more yards you give up, the more opportunities your opponents get into scoring situations/territory

To be fair, outside of Xavier McKinney and Jaire (when he plays), we have really cheap, relatively low caliber pass defenders. Nixon is our second best.. but the guy is undersized and with random inconsistent technique. But he plays with speed and heart. There’s a point at which you just have to have higher caliber talent playing.
