Lucha fans are very loyal to you if you show respect to their favorite talent. As an eternal Lucha fans myself, I can honestly say, without a doubt and no reservations, that AEW has given me more these past 4 years than any US promotion has not been able to do in 43 years! Jeff looks incredible and can still get it done in the ring. The first house show was a sell out. But I'd like to see a little less of him on tv it takes away from the other talent trying to get over. Jeff has done it all and is a legend

I used to play basketball, full throttle for 20-30 some hours a week. 10, 11 hour days with a lunch break sometimes. Always pushing hard, being an animal on the glass and defense. Anytime I played soccer, I could do it, but you could feel it's like a different level of sustained sprinting. It's a cardio monster and probably the most impactful sport on your skillset and cardio for other sports.
