It is a possibility just based on the wya the story is told, that Jeff’s waiter went up to their waiter and said my table would like to but drinks, dessert and the waiter responded both times without telling Jenni and Jonathan but the waiter responded based on the info the waiter already had. For example when they were seated and the waiter says “can I get you all a drink tonight?” They respond we will just have water we are drinking tonight. ( maybe he was about to be on call or something who knows). Maybe the waiter at the end of their meal said “can I offer you dessert” and they said no we are full. Then when Jeff sends his waiter for either of those drinks or desserts then their waiter assumes their answer will be no and does not even ask them.

I’m not sure how Jeff doesn’t have lawsuits after lawsuits for everything from sexual harassment to just harassment. Jenni and Gage put up with his harassment and help build his business.
