I'm fighting cancer qnd had been nearly bedbound for almost 7 months. Im alive, but man the weightI put on and the muscle/strength I lost. I was recently cleared to return to light activity. It's a struggle, but I'm nit comolaining. I discovered you during my bedbound period. I saw you in the series where you were the twin I believe. This video inspired me to push through the weakness and pain. No excuses to getting my steps and my light cardio in so I can build up to phase 2 start back lifting .
