The bass player is a complete madman (I mean it in the best sense). In addition to being left handed, his guitar is strung upside down (Hendrix had it strung with the low E closest to himself), not sure how much of a challenge it was when he started learning to play guitar.

Jimmy's a great player, some things are better when played upside down. I eventually switched to E on top which is better overall. Took a week or two to get used to it

YES SIR!!! The first time I saw Sonny was in 1985. He was the drummer for the amazing violinist Jean Luc Ponty. And was ONLY 19 at the time!!!
