Replaced by VIRGINIA LINE/Carry Me Back To Old Virginny. I always suspect it was meant to last out until Summer Sunny Holiday but a lengthy interregnum was to transpire!

​@@leejenwin1937In The Latest Fashion saw this one come and go, although the tape had stretched and slowed down so much by 1982, the return of The Trolley Song was pretty much a welcome bit of relief, good as the tape was (or used to be!). I was sorry to see this one go too.

The track starting at 54:31, Relaxing (I think), has a feeling of the deep woodlands about it - and what a piano solo! I thought it was from '78, but my memory's defective.

The third track is a definite dots track during continuity in between schools programmes.

The King Zerand tape In The Latest Fashion saw this one come and go...this was replaced by Carry Me Back to Old Virginny of all things. And still the Bach Prelude and Fugue kept turning up just as we'd thought we'd heard the last of it!! Green Leaves of Summer was another good tape that joined the fold a few months after this one. I remember this tape abruptly fading down in the final track one morning, followed by about 30 seconds of tone then straight into Green Leaves of Summer, backtimed to the end of transmission to the second!!

The 2nd 4th and 6th tracks sounds very scary, alike to some of the tracks on Carry Me Back to Old Virginny.

Track about the 20 minute mark makes me think of the The Two Ronnies theme. Also the harp in the middle sounds a bit like part of a track on a Channel 4 tape.

There's a few towards the end that sound very similar to track 5 of Summer Sunny Holiday. Is that the same artist? Those tracks would have suited the Philips PM5544.

Ralph Boston Sounds Orchestra, yes the same artist.

The first of those make me think of the old BBC Rugby Special theme. It does sound very similar. Did the Ralph Boston Orchestra produce the Rugby Special theme?

@@leejenwin1937 Also this is proof that the BBC played synyhs long before channel 4 started broadcasting even though people think it was a channel 4 idea.

@@dvidclapperton yes there are synth tracks of some kind going all the way back to 1974. They were like the salt and pepper that ‘seasoned’ some compilations. Ten years later, Stratovarious shovelled it in by the tablespoon!
