Sunshine is a second character of him. He created when he was attacked by someone or when he was in bad situation but he couldn’t express his anger like this song he wrote it when he was betrayed by a person who was know for a long time.

(I can't believe I just copied and pasted information like a news leaflet) this MV have a lore. the main characters are Sunshine(the one wearing a suit) Moonshine (The one wearing a tank top holding a gun) and Love Die (the injured one) ... in the story Love Die was attacked. Sunshine possessed him to get revenge for him and when Lovedie was possessed he became Moonshine. Jeff says that Sunshine is not an angel or a demon, he is an unidentifiable entity. I believe Sunshine still has a role to play in other MVs. and now there is a new character called The Writer. Jeff also tends to hide Easter eggs in his music videos as a slight hint that the songs are all connected and there will be one character that will hold everything together

Was just a normal guy. They tried to kill him. He turned into/summoned Sunshine Moonshine (as some are calling him), and he got revenge. Sunshine pops up on occasion in other Jeff projects.

Fun Fact: Jeff and Agust d's filming location is the same because Agust d's MV was filmed in Thailand and Jeff's song came out a month before. Fun Fact 2:Jeff is the same brand ambassador as Yoongi. Thai ARMYs even jokingly nicknamed them brothers.
