AI's cultural impact cannot be denied. But, people underrate his impact on the game as well. He gave us the modern combo guard. He paved the way for everyone from Steph to Westbrook to become focal points of an offense.

A.I. had an effect on & OFF the court. Jordan and Iverson have an equal amount of lasting effects, on the game. Jordan’s brand & overall game/ mentality will forever effect the game & Iverson’s effect is everlasting as well.

Ppl act like players wasn't mimicking Iverson game. Kode studied Iverson game n used his playing style he said it himself n da isolation size up defense to break down to score. Iverson started dat Steph play like Iverson cause Iverson use to jack 3s n Steph took it back to logo range n jus shot 3s but Iverson was a combo guard playmaker 6apg with da points. Look at the playing style of today. Dats Iverson

Teague is correct. If you question AI’s influence just look at everyone’s arms. Tatts & arms sleeves on EVERYONE because of him. And then the crossover. Half of the move list we see derives from Iverson. Steph is better offensively and his shot changed the game. MJ, Iverson, Curry, KD is my most influential list.

The NBA was trending to shooting more 3s, steph just took it to an even greater HOF level. Think what wouldve happened if he continued to get hurt like his first year, or wasnt as accurate, or if cleveland had beat the warriors that first year. The copycat league wouldve went towards a cleveland style or maybe OKC style of play than GS because until then, jump shooting teams couldn't win championships. Think about where the NBA was trending when MJ showed up. There werent as many super athletic sky walkers so the NBA wouldve trended towards more Magic or Bird type players, maybe len Bias forwards, maybe more Pistons type of defensive players. MJ changed all that and ushered in an era of high flyers and HS kids, but he wasnt a hip hop guy, neither was Kobe. AI brought in the hip hop crowd and now you hear rap and hip hop in the arenas.
