Artie was brilliant at this time.He was the reason i tuned back in after years of not listening. My job made it impossible to listen in the late 80’s early 90’s.I bailed in the FCC years. Its a shame what happened to Artie. This was the perfect situation for his talent.

@@HardCase1911 Artie lifted the show back up when it was dragging toward Jackie’s end. I don’t think Jackie was bad or anything but the early years of Artie were my favorite of the show. Go look up Jeff the Drunk Embedded on KZbin. John Lieberman from Howard News analyzes his house and his past and even goes to the crash site with Jeff and a guy who was in the car. The guy said Jeff was athletic, happy etc. before that crash. I think having no arm there would be just as big a reminder and would put people off even more honestly. Like many Wack packers, there’s something good in Jeff’s core, sad what happened to him.

Everyone has heard the 90’s shows dude, you guys aren’t in on some underground fan secret. I’ve heard 80’s shows and I wasn’t even born yet. A lot of us are younger and don’t find Jackie’s boring knock knock joke shit that funny, especially later on. He was good too but Artie was a new era for a lot of us. The 90’s had just as many hours of talking to fuck ups and weirdos like Jeff. This bit here was almost 20 years ago, it’s not exactly new age. And you’re clicking on videos you know you don’t find funny, you’re the one who needs to analyze your time and do some soul searching. You remind me of the people who have full websites and forums dedicated to analyzing and bashing the current show in 2021 that they all claim to hate yet subscribe to and know every little detail of. Normal adults don’t click on or listen to shit when they don’t like it.
