Puffer idk if youll read this or take maybe tips or if you discover it later on(I'm only an hour in I'll delete if needed) but Jeff seems like a highground character, it's good for his shooting, his normal healing and you could place bubbles infront of your team, the ppl ur not in gameplay with might not know you placed it behind them and if a tanks making space it's kinda hard to use yk, so I'm thinking highground might be the best place for Jeff
