wow,... thank you so much for that!!! the end made me think a lot... very inspiring (spoiler) "Being sad isn't really the worst thing that could happen to you (...) it's part of how life works. (...) I think people get in trouble when they think they could choose there emotions (...) and you could stay in one emotion by choice." this though could be in a song... expressed with music, fighting to get a square beat, unnatural, very calculated... then some chaos, silence, buzz, ... and then the same melodie as the begining but a lot more relaxe, flow , with some variations and ... emotions. I'm a schizoid, I mean, there is many level and I'm not that bad... but emotions are really something that I'm working on right now...

Good final line . I think there is a time where people become defined by their illness. I once introduced myself as I'm Steve and I have depression. Now I see more of myself.

My SO suffered from chronic intractable migraines for years, and I nursed her through a number. In her case, the cause was a long list of food allergies. It was also hormone related, came on when she hit puberty, and abated somewhat when she hit menopause, but there are still a long list of things she doesn't dare eat. Depression followed in the wake. When you suffer 72 hous of blinding pain and vomiting up everything you've eaten, you get really depressed. (She thought at one point she must have done something really bad in a prior life and was being punished in this one.) Another old friend suffered from depression and had gastric distress, aqnd told his doctor" I know the stomach pain is becaue I get depressed" and his doctor said "Have you considered that you get depressed _because_ your stomach hurts?" He was quite right. I know other folks who suffer from depression , and it's _very_ real. "Why c an't you just not be said:" isn't a me+meaningful question. The question is wat drugs can correct the metabolic imbalance causing it. That take trial and error. If you know someone with depression and or magraines, be aware of how real they are for those afflicted, and Look Stuff Up before you over ahlf witted comments rooted in ignorance. It's good to see folks like Jeff being upfront and public about there issues, if for no other reason than othr afflicted folks saying "It misn't just me..." No. It isn't, and everyone else needs to be aware of it.
