I think the Chargers should get him as a 3rd string QB; I went to FAU which is not known for its football in fact the school wont even have a studium ready late 2011. Yet if Jeff went to a college like Miami his stock would have went up and been a 3rd round pick,. he will be picked like 5th-6th round but since the Chargers only have Rivers they need a QB.
