Jinyoung hasnt had any training in ballet but he’s practiced really hard when he was in Wanna One. His true love lies in singing but he wanted to excel in dancing to be more well-rounded, so he’s really only had about 2-3 years of intensive training :) Thank you for the feedback we are so proud of him !

Bae Jinyoung was a revelation in CIX! He kept improving throughout Produce and Wanna One and he shines so much in CIX it's so crazy. His charisma is off the charts (you taking a screenshot with the same 'snapshot/clicking' sound from the Movie Star chorus is perfect haha). CIX in general are a great group, they got their first music show win within 7 days of debut which is hella impressive. All their songs have been great so far. They're having a comeback soon (supposed to be in June but postponed because of injuries). Also, are you adding AB6IX to your reaction list sometime? Considering they also have Produce alumni and are a rising rookie group and you said you'd like to check them out during the 00liners reaction, that'd be great to see!

Glad you liked Bae Jinyoung!! I’ve been supporting him ever since he joined the survival program Produce101, where he showed excellent stage presence in the finale and ended up as a finalist in the winning group “Wanna one”. In wanna one he worked his way up to the top and became infamous for his sexy stage presence. Since wanna one disbanded, he debuted as a soloist and then his own group CIX, I’m glad you fell for him, he even choreographed that dance break in Movie Star!!!!!

I also knew about BaeJin young before he debuted with them since he was with the group Wanna One (group formed from produce 101). I'm really really proud with Jinyoung, he's the trainee who always looks in the ground and not confident in his first performance in PD101S2, but he made it to WANNA ONE, and now, CIX's center member. I'm really proud of him and the other members as well, CIX members are amazing! ❤️

A friend and I have two main regrets. Sleeping on Victon and Sleeping on CIX Jinyoung was my original Wanna One bias too haha I think "What you wanted" was my fav song on their first album, there's a stage performance, but no MV. Movie Star is part of a series, for their first comeback, they released Numb and their upcoming comeback, Jungle. Theres going to be one more in the series after that, I think. For Numb, there was a storyline outside of the MV which connects to their teasers in Jungle which had parallels to Dante’s Inferno. It’s all so complicated and complex but so cool, you should definitely check them out! Their debut album is also one of my favourite albums of all time and their first comeback has a different sound from their debut but also really good!

Thanks for your reaction!! CIX is so talented and deserve more recognition. It is hard to believe that this was their debut. They are extremely talented. I was hit hard by Jinyoung in this video! He quickly became my bias followed by Seunghun and his vocals. As others have stated, check out the rain performances. Also, recommend "What You Wanted". I am so geeked that i’m was speechless, I really don’t know where to begin the teasers alone slayed me. Their predebut felt so long and i thought they would never debut anytime soon but here they are finally debuting with “Movie Star” with two members BX & Seunghun that didn’t make it into new group TREASURE and former Wanna One member Bae Jinyoung who’s one of my biases along with Yonghee & BX who were known as C9Boyz during pre-debut. I was waiting all night that day for their showcase only to end up falling asleep and waking up to the last half of it, I really wish all the interesting things didn’t always happen ‪6am EST‬. #CIXMovieStar
