I have always noticed D.O.'s swag. He's always in his world enjoying & vibing to the music while dancing. I also think that D.O. having buffed up shoulders & gym body has added to the hip hop image, further enhanced by the beautiful jersies. BTW, the whole group AND D.O. have been slaying the choreo on the LIVEs with stable vocals. I just don't understand how they do it. Extremely gifted & hardworking individuals 'brought together in a group by divine intervention' is the only explanation I can think of.

Yes D.o’s always been this good, youve been blind this entire time 😂😂😂 so saucyyyy, his lines have always been clean and his isolations are so good, his approach to the beat is fantastic… i think camerawork just always focuses on his face for MV’s and live performances because he’s singing the iconic parts/runs. Sehun’s turns are a work of art, the head spotting flawless

Jeff.. you need to watch their individual fancam so you can notice how each member have their own style of dance. And i'm especially love D.O. dancing style from the beginning.. he is swaggy and effortless and plus his facial expression while vibing with the song is always satisfying. as a exol/d.o. stan, I would’ve never thought Jeff, a dancer, is actually noticing Kyungsoo’s dancing. Yes he’s always been swaggy with his moves. If you see Ooh La La choreo, it suits him the most as it brings out his r&b swag in it. Despite his fluid moves, his nonchalant attitude always make the choreo effortless. Also, Jeff, I realized that because of you, of your insightful guidance for the past couple of years I've learned to appreciate a group dance practice, because you always point out the most difficult for synchronicity moments. I could appreciate the way EXO executed this choreography exactly because of your comments on their previous DPs: for example, that the hands and arms height and angles are one of the hardest things, and in this one the boys are killing it! All their pops and isolation are immaculate. Sehun's pop in the duo with Chanyeol is very impressive. I love how they encorporated Kai's iconic move from Mmmh and how they left his lines for him to f**ck it up when he comes back, while they're just taking their positions and make some general moves. Best performers ever. 11 years into their career and they all are only progressing and open new realms of their talents and skills ❤❤❤

i understand what you said about your first video bc even though they have a pretty solid front when they dance as a whole you can DEFINITELY tell that they have improved immensely. And not only their dancing! After watching them sing at Killing Voice I was so thrilled to hear them live and remembering how those songs sounded before and there's a huge difference in how crisp and confident they sound now. May be an unpopular opinion but as much as I dislike them having to spend 2 years serving the military for war purposes I feel that the maturity they earn in exchange is so 🤯 They feel more like adults now and I can't stress how much I love that for them hahaha I miss Kai and he sure as hell would've eaten this choreo but I find it funny that someone said that 7 exos dancing gracefully were equal to a Kai 😂😂😂 he's unmatched but I really love how the committed to perfect their choreo so much that we as an audience cannot feel Kai's absence as much haha like the energy is up to the sky and I love that for them! Yes Jeff, you’ve been BLIND the whole time, when it comes to DO’s dancing. He is a whole mood when he dances with a hat on. You can’t see his full face but you can really see his swagger. Watch Monster dance practice again and find DO there. You’ll be blown away by his swagger there, even though he’s mostly at the back! I swear it's their best dp ever! They all have the swag, but DO is another level! I think Kai's bitten him before enlistment, or rather all of them. I can see how Kai was sitting in the dp room in the corner and instructing them: you, b**ches, dance perfectly or I won't come back! 🤣🤣🤣 but seriously, I've never seen ALL of them dance SO WELL in one choreo. It's just another level... Also, these jerseys??? Like, why do need such big wide shoulders, sirs?? Totally unnecessary, but they all stole my heart. So hot! Maybe since the guys aren’t in Kai’s shadow so much, they feel more comfortable just letting loose, knowing they actually get some prime dance time!! I prefer they don’t wear hats. It covers up too much of the face. And I want to see those gorgeous faces. Chen’s body roll was so perfect in the MV! Like you said, his clothes covered up too much of it with no contrast. This takes me back to my first MV’s of EXO. Had never heard of any of the Kpop groups. But I was gobsmacked! The choreography was so clean and in sync. I was in awe how they circled in and out, up and down, side to side, while also holding Mics While singing. Plus there were these beautiful vocals , and when I could tear myself away from the choreo, saw the best looking men ever. From that moment five years ago, I’ve checked out everything I could find of EXO. Since then I’ve also checked out only Shinee and Super Junior. Other groups just don’t grab me like those three, especially EXO!!

Xiumin always goes from one part of stage to another most of their choreo. Literally why he was called the backbone of EXO (for his vocal and choreo) And yes DO is underrated dancer. Its just that he is more into vocals or recognize more for his vocals but since debut some people really notice his dance moves. He can literally be a main dancer.

Kyungsoo (D.O.) actually started out in the dance line for exo-k, but since they merged quite soon after, he was mainly relegated to the back for more intense choreo, which made sense to an extent in songs where he was carrying a lot of the vocals/adlibs. This time he's been moved forward, so I guess his skills are more obvious? Also, I think sometimes in the past, in practice he seem more rigid because he's trying to be accurate, and many comebacks were when he was in the midst of filming for his acting career and had less time for practice in comparison. This time he really is giving main dancer vibes. But it shouldn't be all too surprising, he managed exo concerts and learned tap dance within 6 months to the extent that his co-star (who is a recognised talented tap-dancer on broadway) had only compliments for him and revealed kyungsoo didnt use the arranged stunt-double for much of the film. He's put a lot of work into dance.

Kyung Soo has always been a great dancer even from rookie days. He was considered a lead dancer and his style has always been swaggy and smooth. His facial expressions weren't very animated. He's very groovy and smooth in his own style like his singing. Also, spending more time on his acting career often relegated him to the back of the group usually. Check out a few live performances of "Playboy" and you can see more of Kyung Soo's swagger. He's got a great sense of rhythm as a singer and dancer. He's got excellent foot movements. Remember he learned how to tap dance in 6 months and was so good at it that they didn't need to use the tap dancing doubles hired for the movie. Thanks for the reaction. Glad you got to see more of the other members' dancing skills since Kai wasn't there.

Actually at the beginning of exo debut D.O. is the lead dancer and often gets the front spot to dance along with kai and sehun, after that because D.O. more focused on vocals he often gets back spots to dance on some of EXO's songs, but when I see a dancers giving reactions to EXO's dance practices, many of them always highlight D.O.'s dance skills. and said that D.O. must often get a place in the front like kai and sehun because of his good dancing skills. Even baekhyun said that we should look forward to the cream soda comeback because D.O. will showcase his dance skills after a long time. And I myself was surprised because in this comeback he really got the center of attention about his dance which so far many ordinary people don't know other than dancers. So thank you jef because you have acknowledged D.O.'s dancing skills, even though it's late but it's better to know now isn't it☺️

honestly, kyungsoo (D.O) always have very good swag, he's like that bridge that linked. just silently out there doing his thing. but i think because when you have Kai and Sehun combo (and Lay too, when he was promoting with them), your eyes are naturally drawn to them, also Kai have big movements (great extensions) and tall. And that will overshadow the others. plus, if kai is around, a lot of the dance are centered around him. Without him around, i think its easier for others to shine. for me, in this choreo, minseok is the clear standout. That 30 sexy they're talking about. he's oozing it. Also, i can't get enough of Sehun's turn (based on the actual video, its around 1:24. the way he places his hand and center himself to turn...also that's very sehun move. that was beautiful. im streaming the practice together with the mv and every single watch catches something new, watching your breakdown gave me more things to watch so thank you for that too.

Yes, Kyungsoo is That GOOD GOOD even GREAT! He can really do what the choreo wants him to do. As a dancer (not much on hiphop) since daycare, EXO is really a great dancer, they can really put a good show. They improve every comeback, they still do some lessons even we know that they are great already, but they don't settle for just their innate talent, they keep improving by taking lessons and practicing a lot. For a group with innate talent like them and being in the industry for so long i really appreciate how they still want to improve themselves and continue showing how improving yourself can do to your career.

I always knew D.O is a good dancer, he has a swagg in his movement and the flow and line is really nice. Maybe he just not put much energy in dancing when on the stage cuz he singing too

I'am waiting for this reaction thankyou Jeff. My bias is D.O. so whenever EXO perform my eyes and ear always on him (but sometimes Kai dance make my side eye capture him 🤭). In my opinion D.O. dance very well he got his own groove, he move his feet so smooth, he got his little nuance on his move like you said D.O. dance same as his sing i cant agree more 💯 And finally someone notice D.O. dance and its YOU! My fav dance reactor, aaaaa thank you Jeff. Iam sorry i talk about D.O. all the time, other member dance this Cream Soda very very very well!! Xiumin always slay when dancing. Baekhyun is a dancer, his move always smooth. Chen and Suho is very sexy i can't. Chanyeol.. Chanyeol hit very hard! and he improove soo much. Sehun always had mmmm what can i put it, his posture/gesture always him not like others LOL iam blubering. Kyungsoo has been a great dancer since debut. He tends to hold it in because he focuses more on his vocals. Xiumin too is a lead dancer material. I noticed him during their monster era. Im so glad that every member was able to shine in the choreo but Cream Soda era was def D.O'S.

Jeff, your reaction to D.O. was me the first time watching the dance practice and, honestly, all the times ever since. I had to pause, rewatch again and again, and squeal the first time I watched it. I can't take my eyes off of him! I did notice that he dances before, but he just shines here!

Kyungsoo used be exo-k leader dancer in pre debut and debut era, I recommend you watch history and mama's dance practice, you will see that he was already THAT GOOD at that time, but then he start to be pushing back in the exo's choreographies, like has somes choreos that u can barely see him bcz he always behind someone, so ig it was natural for him to focus in the things that he has change to show up like his vocals and acting career, but he never stopped being a good dancer, whenever he had the chance to stand out he stood out, be it in history, or in tap dancing or now with cream soda, people just never paid enough attention to his dancing and that counts the choreographers and choreographers who didn't do it justice to him And xiumin always floats in exo's choreographies, the man runs like nobody else lol
