Are you aware of the class action lawsuit against DR Horton for homes built in Baldwin and Mobile counties? Check the KZbin videos out.

I have heard of that. My purpose is to promote homes and their neighborhoods. Not all homeowners who bought a home that was built by DR Horton are having issues with the company so I'll continue to highlight all neighborhoods. One of the biggest advantages that a buyer has is to get a home inspection. They then will have an objective opinion of the quality of the property.

They are not that good. Sticks are the supposed to be 2x4’s much smaller than that. Tubs made of cheapest ever. Leave any decor sitting in one place it pulls the finish off! Flooring is cheap plastic mine is coming loose in several places! Expensive neighborhood coops some worse than others. Not very good houses they are cheap for a reason! Cleaners scratch up all kitchen appliances! You won’t be happy about these houses!
