i went to Costco, and the kohler kitchen sink is 329, $50 discount. The faucet is the one that is 179. Actually in the video it is written as such, but it was misplaced.

I saw my bro'&niece easily install LVP in her room but I'm not sure my husband&I would know how to pour self-leveling correctly in all 1800sqft or if it be just as expensive. 2000 psi is enough to use one of those smaller pressure washer surface cleaners. Harbor Freight has one for electric pressure washers that goes for $30, and it works fine. Made cleaning the porches and outdoor counters and tables (especially the dining table on our back porch) much easier last spring.

You are right it is a 1TB soild state, but it is a different type that is much faster than the traditional "solid state" it is an m.2, which transfers data at a much faster rate, making it much more valuable.

Thanks for the info Jeff, but you kind of missed it on this one. If you look at the video and stop it on the shelf tags, you'll see that the sink set is $379 and just the faucet alone is $179. I ran right out to grab up this deal and after seeing it in my store I went back to look at your video once again.

Watch video again. That price was for the faucet only and not the sink kit. The next item (faucet) he shows for the 379 price was for the kitchen sink kit. Costco must have the signs swapped around. I was going to go crazy looking for that kit until we figured out the labels where in the wrong spot

I don't know why you say a laptop with 16GB memory and a 512GB hard drive is a "small" amount of memory, that's decent memory specs. How much memory does your computer have that you use for video editing? Granted if it only had 8GB of memory and 256GB hard drive, I'd buy your comments, especially since laptop manufacturers now mostly solder memory on to the motherboard precluding upgrading the memory. While the Core I-5 is not the most powerful processor, it's a decent middle of the road processor, good for battery life.

maybe costco doesnt have, but ive found/used 12mm vinyl planks all the time which is almost half inch like you said, totally wateproof and the main benefit is low maintenance, imo regardless of underlayment which i always use, their acoustics/sound deading are superior

No high quality luxury vinyl plank flooring is not that thin. It’s 7 to 12 mm with commercial warranties. The stuff Costco sells is extremely cheap cheap stuff and I would never put it in my home.
