The shade you were having trouble with your hand was pretty far up on your brush so it could’ve been you applying to much pressure. Always use a light hand for the best blend

Me too! I got it and it's been shipped! I think there are so many ways to use it by itself and used to darken or lighten other pallets. Like with a matte purple palette.

I try to buy pallets that I'd use at least 3/4 of the colors. His previous offerings just have too many brights for me. I'm still on the fence about Shane's palette... We'll see what I think of the formula.

I got mine already and it's not one of his bests. Bloodlust was a miss and the packaging was wonky and messed up, but both together seem to be okay...but Alien will always be my favourite. I like blue blood and the red blood one..lol...can't think of the name right now...jaw breaker and mini is okay ....I like the mini jaw breaker better then the bigger one

#3 is STUNNING! I’d rather work around my eyes or a clients eyes. (If it’s a dramatic eye) It’s easier to work around them than to fix a finished complexion. No matter how good you are, the “fix” is never as good as the original application ♥️

actually the tan /browns just end up being a tan greige on ...which i wish he would of added a dark brown and 1 dark blue to give a more flex. So things just go gray.

Sometimes I just do my foundation/powder/bronzer on my forehead and temples and eyebrows before my eyeshadow and then finish my face. Mostly because I tend to rest my hand on my face when doing my eyes and that messes up my foundation.

You should use a bigger fluffy brush to blend out above the crease. you are using a crease blending brush which is a little stiffer

It helps if you use an all over base. Then you usually do not have such an issue with blending out shades like that.

I didnt go through all the comments, so you probably got this already but in case not, the shade that you put in your crease, if you hold the brush towards the end and apply with a very light hand should help blend it out. But the look was gorgeous regardless

I tried your first look, what eye primer do you use and what concealer do you use? Cause I had absolutely none of the problems you had eulogy blended perfectly fine for me and inheritance kept it’s green I use nyx hd primer and the after life shade kept it’s peachy for me I use Laura mercier concealer under my shimmer shadows. Maybe it’s the products you used?

I think the starkness of the black lashes just emphasize that those dark shadows are grey, and make them less muddy and look wonderful.

The shade pallbearer in my palette is CRAZY sparkly! And that’s the shade that’s leaving sparkles in yours. Lol. I swatched it when I received my palette and OMG, it was so gorgeous, but as I was rubbing it around, to see how well it stayed in place, and it DID NOT! It spread everywhere, and it looked like I used a roller sparkle and rolled it all over my entire hand. But I love the color- its something I have to apply with my finger, or a wet brush. Diamond Ashes was kinda Meh, the color almost disappeared when I buffed it- it just looked like I applied straight sparkle. I was hoping the white showed, even a little; but, I agree- 8/10 for me too. This was the palette I was the most excited about when he revealed it. After receiving it though, I was a little disappointed in some of the shades, and for the price, that’s why I was most upset- I paid $77.21 all together, so I was looking for the 10/10.

The reason the eyeshadow blends bad is because of your technique. When you apply eyeshadow like that so heavy handed you also give yourself wrinkles. Try holding the brush with two fingers rather than your entire hand, you'll get a smoother easier blend.

When I'm doing dark or super bright I do my basic eye first then do base eyebrows and go back do undereyes and drag out the outer corner it's easiest for cleanup
