The SCD diet has completely changed my life!!! I started having TERRIBLE stomach issues. I went to doctor after doctor having test after test done. After spending thousands of dollars on medical bills, I was still being told I was fine and that I had IBS. I did research and found this diet and it has completely healed me. My health has never been better. It was so challenging at first, but it has opened my eyes to the food that we are being served in America and how detrimental it is to our health. I only eat Whole Foods, no processed foods, nothing with refined sugar, drink lots of tea and water, and I will never go back.
