No matter how many changes were made in the past 30-plus to all the places Jeffrey Dahmer frequented, the stigma of his heinous crimes and his imprint on the local culture can't be erased. Still, Milwaukee's resilience moving past those awful memories is great.

I came to Milwaukee in August ('22) for a Brewers game and I showed up at the Ambassador late at night because one of those third party travel sites advertised a really low rate. Without telling me anything about it, the Ambassador gave me room 507. The only thing that ever really freaked me out about it is that, despite this video, there is no actual "507" plate in the hallway beside the door. It is completely unmarked and the only way that my friend and I found it was by process of elimination down the hallway. True, in the two nights that I stayed there, I didn't have great sleep but I've been known to be an insomniac anyway so I wasn't terribly worried about it because the rest of my day was just fine. There is a strange stain in the center of the floor but I doubt that's from anything sketchy. That whole floor smells musty but the footage they show is exactly what that room looks like. The whole hotel in general is creepy but no supernatural activity I can speak of. I am a believer in Christ and I remember praying before bed and invoking Jesus name so maybe I was shielded from any typical things but I can also say that I've been in much more spiritually tumultuous places and have felt way more uncomfortable then just this musty small room.

Something that the landlords nowadays can learn from this gruesome incident. Since we have now more access to someone's information due to technology, landlords can easily and instantly identify if someone has criminal history. Jeffrey had few cases before his serial killings. The apartment complex is also a great loss to the owner as he had to let go of it for $325,000 to be demolished. There's a lot of victims here and it's shocking that only 1 person did all of them. Unspeakable evil.

In 90-91 I was in the USAR. I met a dude who lived in these apartments. I had a 5.0 Mustang at that time and this dude wanted to meet up and go for a ride. I parked my car in the side alley and went in the door. Standing and waiting for the elevator was Dahmer and another asian looking guy. They both had grocery bags in their hands. Dahmer was wearing a t-shirt, his weird shades, and teal biking style shorts. Ill never forget that. They both turned and smiled at me as I opened the door. The space was cramped in the entry way so I decided to take the stairs which were right there. My friend lived on the 3rd floor. It did smell funky in the building but who knew. Human bodies are not easy to hide and the smell must have been strong and horrifying enough to warrant some serious investigation. Says a lot about the sort of prejudices and shoddy patrolling and policing being done back then. Only wish he had been caught sooner.

Good job freyzel! I think you’re the only one who got into the room. I’m interested in gacy but not the same ole same ole which is the new house on summer dale, the Nissan pharmacy( which are great to include) but I’ve never seen l the gay district where gacy got some kids! Or his childhood home! Speaking of weird I wrote Jeff’s dad a real heartfelt letter, I’m of the faith and so is he, Lionel Dahmer, but no response! I really think he conducted himself excellent in the media! But any gacy, bundy, high profile crimes, berkowitz -- I’m a true crime / cemeteries person so I’m subbed! Ty freyzel!

Thank you! There will be plenty of cemeteries and I do enjoy doing the true crime also. Welcome to the channel!

Imagine how to put rigid dead body to a suitcase? How it`s possible at all? And nobody noticed any blood in the room, no signs on Jeffs hands? That was strange.
@Mel-jy3kq4 ай бұрын
The body only stays rigid for around 18-20 hours, and after that the body becomes “normal”/pliable

Usually houses are torn down bc of some brutal murders. Why not this building? Are some people more special than others when it comes to murder?
@泣く女6 ай бұрын
Idk there are a lot of hotels that have had murders happen and they're still up....Jeffrey Dahmers apartment building where they found, decomposing bodies in acid, skulls, skeletons, severed body parts and the Polaroids Jeffrey had was demolished in 1992 after the victims families requested, today it's just a patch of grass but the Ambassador hotel is still up today

I think most killers are not thinking and minds and feelings are stone cold and blank at the time they do these killings i dont think they suppose to have feelings when they kill because a normal person has feelings to not hurt another person at all!
