Be careful with that, btw. Not that smth could happen, but if you really go into trance, esp. while standing and without a suggestion to stay firmly on your feet, you could "drop" if you are a "flopper". So careful ;) Best try Zach's videos from his channel, tbh. And if you react like this, be careful with videos like those from Nimja. Some people can respond too well. Doesn't mean it's dangerous, dw.
